2. Products & Availability
Analogue specialises in vinyl records, books, music-related merchandise and audio equipment.
Our catalogue includes both new and pre-owned products. Pre-owned items may show signs of previous use, as described in their individual listings.
All products are offered subject to availability.
As some items are unique or also offered through other sales channels, an item may occasionally become unavailable before our online inventory is updated.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer promptly and offer an appropriate solution, including a full refund for any unavailable item.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), where required.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact information.
Orders are processed following successful payment confirmation or in accordance with the payment method selected at checkout.
We reserve the right to contact customers regarding obvious pricing errors, incorrect product information or stock discrepancies. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

- Bank transfer, where offered

Orders are shipped through our cooperating postal and courier services.
Available shipping methods, destinations and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits the customer’s statutory rights in the event of delayed or failed delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days of receiving their goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us within the applicable withdrawal period.

Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of protected content is prohibited without the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, artist names, album artwork and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law.
