Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, consumers purchasing products online generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

This right is subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

2. Return Conditions

When exercising the right of withdrawal, customers should:

  • Handle products only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
  • Return products with their original accessories and packaging, where reasonably possible.
  • Package returned items securely to prevent damage during transportation.

Customers may be responsible for any reduction in the value of returned goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Pre-owned vinyl records, books and audio equipment may be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The fact that an item was sold as second-hand does not, by itself, exclude the right of withdrawal.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:

  • Sealed audio or video recordings and sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Other products specifically excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

Important: These exceptions do not automatically apply to every vinyl record or CD. In particular, an already unsealed or used record is not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal simply because it is second-hand.

Exceptions to withdrawal do not affect statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly described products.

4. Return Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at georgentislis@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
  3. We will provide return instructions and the relevant shipping address.
  4. Send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You may use any clear written statement to exercise your right of withdrawal.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, provided this information was communicated before purchase.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly described, the customer’s statutory remedies apply, including any applicable entitlement to a return or remedy without additional cost.

We recommend using secure packaging and a tracked shipping service, especially when returning vinyl records or fragile audio equipment.

6. Refunds

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notification.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
  • Refunds will include the original standard delivery charge, where required by law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not necessarily refundable.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • No additional refund fees will be charged.

7. Faulty or Incorrectly Described Products

We make every effort to describe the condition of our pre-owned products accurately.

Normal signs of wear that have been clearly disclosed in the product description are not necessarily defects.

However, if a product is faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us.

Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law remain unaffected by this policy.
